Parents/Guardians:
For new student enrollment, please complete the Student Enrollment Form and VCS Records Request. For your convenience, these forms are provided in electronic format. Please complete all sections electronically, print, and sign in all indicated areas. Submit, along with the forms indicated below, to the front office staff at the appropriate school.
In addition, print the Occupational Survey, complete all necessary sections, and submit to the front office of the school when submitting the Student Enrollment Form and VCS Records Request.
The GMAIL Policy and Notice should be completed only if you DO NOT want your student to be assigned a GOOGLE email account to access GOOGLE educational resources.

Electronic copies are for your convenience. Hard copies of all documents are available at the school upon your request.
